It’s starting! This year’s MM Romance Valentine’s Day Giveway is now officially underway! And that means there’s a raft of new stories for you to discover.
Want to curl up with a stack of new books while it’s cold and grumpy outside – on the northern hemisphere – or crash out in the sunshine in the garden or beach if you’re lucky enough to have summer right now? Then come right in as you’ll find 20 authors in our giveaway, all offering a free story to you.
It’s my first time taking part in a big giveaway, so I’m feeling a little like an excited puppy at the moment. I actually needed a glass of wine to calm me down – can you believe that? 😉 Not like Dean Gilchrist, the MC and narrator of my story, Crossfire.
Dean is fazed by very little, and never by romantic notions. Until he meets angel investor Martin Pendleton, that is. Suddenly, everything Dean thought he knew is turned on its head. Finding himself attracted to an – admittedly gorgeous – man at the ripe old age of twenty-three is a bit of a shock to his system. He’d barely noticed women before, and men had been completely off his radar. And since Dean’s a card-carrying introvert he… thinks about it. A lot.
It’s a good thing, then, that Dean’s twin sister Cat is a lot more switched on when it comes to romantic entanglements than her romantically unenthusiastic brother. Otherwise Dean wouldn’t ever realise that Martin is looking at him. Or make it to a date with the man….
Crossfire is a lot more “romancey” than I usually write, and in places quite introspective since Dean, the introvert, is telling the story. But I had a whale of a time playing with it and I hope you have fun reading. You can download it here.
Besides Crossfire, there are 19 other stories in our giveaway for you to explore. There’s plenty of contemporary romance, but also historical, paranormal, interracial, BDSM, and mpreg stories for you to explore. What kind of stories can you expect in this gorgeous stack of books? Well, here are a few ideas:
In Dale Cameron Lowry’s story Reading the Signs the only thing Theo De Jong expects from his summer linguistics academy is more inspiration for his master’s thesis. Then he meets the American sign language expert Alfonso Grossman, and sparks fly.
Tanya Chris has two stories in her offering, Hot & Sweet. I have my eye on one of them, One Man’s Hell. Its tagline Because even Satan Deserves a Soulmate is too good to miss and hints at something delicious to get my teeth into.
In her story Waiting for a Spark Lilian Francis wonders whether running out of milk could have Jerome running headlong into love.
And who knew finding the perfect present could have such surprising consequences? Hopefully, the charcters in Helena Stone’s story Valentine’s Love.
In Forever with my Werewolf, Bronwynn Heeley is convinced that love is never simple—especially when your lover is a werewolf!
And in Kate Pavelle’s story, Treading Water, Jesse and Sebastian prove that opposites attract as the hard-scrabble IT guy and the silver-spoon millionaire bond over triathlon training. (I’ve already read this one and love it!)
