Good afternoon, snippeteers! After a crazy week of work I’m now knee-deep in rock stars and detective inspectors. 🙂 The edits for Undercover Star came back yesterday, so I’m sure you all know what I’m doing. Correct! I’m cleaning. And cooking. And listening to music. Everything except for what I should be doing. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. And aren’t editors awesome? 🙂
Meanwhile, Matisse, who has been roped into helping the police, and was rather taken with the detective inspector leading the case – at least until Inspector Ingram opened his mouth – is doing his best to make a point. One that rattles Josh Ingram’s cage just a bit…
From Undercover Star
Matisse changed in the limo, and Josh, seated opposite, had to avert his gaze from the display of endless legs, toned muscle, and honey-coloured skin. Lying back on the seat, his head in his stylist’s lap, Matisse wriggled into tight black leather trousers, then arched into a bridge to pull up the zip. He stripped out of his baggy jumper next, showing off a pierced belly button and a very defined chest.
Josh didn’t know where to look. Every new reveal made his jeans feel that much tighter, his breath a fraction shorter. Judging from the heat and the tight feeling, his ears were red. And the laughter from the earpiece the bigger of the two security guys had handed him wasn’t helping.
“Quite a show, isn’t it?”
Josh groaned. “Is that what you do? Treat your limo like a dressing room?”

I imagine he has an idea. Though he’s also due at a radio station and because he had to go and meet Josh, he’s now late. Which he’s not in favour of.
Sound like he likes to put on a show wherever he is!
Or, of course, it’s accidental. Ha!
